Selection Process
The selection process for UIIC AO 2026 consists of three stages. The Preliminary Examination is an online objective test of 100 marks with sections on English Language Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. The duration is one hour.
The Main Examination includes an online objective test and a descriptive test. Candidates who clear the sectional and overall cut off in the objective test become eligible for descriptive paper evaluation. Those who qualify both proceed to the Interview.
Final selection is based on the combined performance in the Main Examination and Interview. Preliminary marks are not counted for the final merit list.
