The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti have released the Tier 3 Interview Call Letter 2026 for candidates shortlisted after the Tier 2 examination. The call letters are available for download at examinationservices.nic.in as well as the official websites of KVS and NVS. Interviews and document verification will begin from 18 September 2026 in a post-wise phased manner and continue till early October 2026. This stage covers Post Graduate Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers, Primary Teachers, Principals, Assistant Commissioners, Vice Principals and various non-teaching posts under the joint recruitment drive that notified over 15000 vacancies. Candidates who cleared the Tier 2 written examination held between 27 and 31 March 2026 can now download their hall tickets using registration number and date of birth. The selection process gives 85 percent weightage to Tier 2 marks and 15 percent to the interview for most teaching and administrative posts. Applicants must carry the printed call letter along with original educational certificates, caste certificates where applicable, photo identity proof and other required documents to the allotted venue.
The Central Board of Secondary Education conducted the recruitment process on behalf of KVS and NVS. Tier 1 and Tier 2 results were declared in phases during August 2026. Shortlisted candidates have now received access to the interview call letters.
The interview will be conducted offline at designated zonal centres and school venues across the country. Candidates should check the exact reporting time and venue address printed on their individual call letters.

All qualifications and experience must have been acquired on or before the crucial date mentioned in the notification. CTET is mandatory for PRT and TGT posts.
Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of Tier 1 examination, Tier 2 examination and Interview or Skill Test depending on the post. For posts that include an interview the final merit is prepared by giving 85 percent weightage to Tier 2 marks and 15 percent weightage to the interview which carries 100 marks. Candidates were shortlisted for interview in the ratio of approximately 1 colon 3 relative to the number of vacancies. Document verification is conducted along with the interview. Medical examination follows for selected candidates.
